How it started

Living in Bali for a few years, we found ourselves caught in a familiar cycle: endless Gojek scrolling, too many meals out, and opening the fridge to… nothing. Sharing a house as roommates, food always felt like a hassle. But the moments when we came together around a meal felt like homeβ€”like family.

That’s when we decided to look for a solution. Last year, we started searching for someone who could bring that warmth and convenience back into our daily lives. Enter Dewiβ€”the cook who turned our mealtimes into a highlight of the day. Soon, friends and neighbors started asking, β€œWhere do you get your food?” and β€œCan I have her number?”

After months of experimenting and perfecting, we shared the idea of Ibulicious with Asti, and her enthusiasm was contagious. She said yes in a flash, and together, we embarked on a new adventure to bring balanced, home-cooked meal plans to expats in Bali.

Now, we’re on a mission to recreate that feeling of family dinners for you.
