Ordering & Subscription

It’s simple! You choose the number of people and either one week or one month you want to subscribe to. You must reorder every week or month. Meals are delivered twice a week (Mondays and Thursdays), with 3 days’ worth of food per delivery. You’ll always have fresh, ready-to-reheat meals in your fridge.

Absolutely! We offer a 1-week trial so you can experience Ibulicious without a long-term commitment.

No worries! You can pause your subscription anytime. Just let us know at least 3 days in advance of your next delivery.

Currently, our fixed delivery days are Mondays/Thursdays or Tuesdays/Fridays. This ensures your meals stay fresh and our logistics stay seamless. But if you’re away, you can always pause your plan.

Our subscriptions are flexible, and you can sign up for as little as one week. For the best value, we recommend our monthly plan, which comes with a 25% discount.

Meals & Menu

We have two options: Ibu’s Choice (meat-based meals) and Ibu’s Vegetarian. Both come with a breakfast, starter, main, and dessert, lovingly crafted for variety and balance.

Our Ibu’s Vegetarian package is plant-based but not vegan. It includes dairy, eggs, and other non-meat ingredients. However, we’re working on expanding our options for vegan and allergen-specific needs. Let us know if you’re interested, and we’ll prioritize it when there’s enough demand!

Very rarely, and when they are, it’s adjusted to expat tastes. The large majority of our meals are not spicy.

Not for now. However, Ibu’s Choice is thoughtfully designed to include generous portions of protein. If you’re interested in a gym-specific meal plan, let us know—we’re always open to feedback!

All meals are designed to be reheated over a pan with clear instructions. We know most people in Bali don’t own ovens or microwaves, so we’ve made it easy!

To keep things efficient and maintain quality, we don’t offer customizations at this time. But our menus rotate monthly, so you’ll always have variety.

Yes! We share our menus in advance so you can see what’s coming up. Please note that some meals may change based on ingredient availability, but we always ensure a delicious and balanced replacement. Transparency is key—we want you to know exactly what you’re getting.

Sustainability & Packaging

We use reusable containers as part of our eco-conscious mission. When you receive your next delivery, simply return your used containers for cleaning and reuse. It’s our way of minimizing waste while keeping your food fresh.

We tried, but biodegradable options couldn’t keep the meals fresh or maintain quality. Reusable containers are a better solution, reducing waste and protecting the environment.

No problem! Just let us know, and we’ll provide a replacement. There may be a small fee for lost containers to maintain our program.
Hygiene & Quality

Our kitchen is sanitized daily, and our staff is HACCP-trained to follow strict food safety standards. Meals are prepared fresh in the morning and delivered the same day to ensure quality and safety.

We source fresh, in-season produce from trusted local markets in Bali. Supporting local farmers and ensuring quality is at the heart of what we do.
Delivery

We currently deliver between Seminyak/Canggu, Ubud, and Sanur. We hope to extend to Uluwatu soon—let us know if you’d like us to cover your area!

Deliveries happen in the afternoon or early evening. We’ll notify you when your delivery is on its way.

Each delivery includes 9-12 containers. We recommend making room in your fridge to keep everything fresh and organized.
Dietary Restrictions

No, our meats are not halal-certified, and some recipes occasionally include pork. If you’re interested in a halal-specific package, let us know—we’d love to work on it if there’s enough interest!

Currently, we don’t offer options for specific allergies like gluten-free meals. However, we’re exploring these options and welcome feedback—if enough people are interested, we’ll make it happen!
